The Garden of Eden Deception
Being caught in a web of mysterious stories about spirituality is easy, so I’m going to go through the premise underlying these beliefs beginning with the story of the Garden of Eden because your understanding of this topic is vital to breaking free from the entrapments of the ego prison so prevalent today.
There is a view that starts with a distorted interpretation of the Garden of Eden myth. It twists the interpretations of traditional Christian doctrines of God, angels, Satan, and Lucifer. My purpose here is to help you understand the deception from an enlightened level of consciousness. Since those who adhere to the traditional and accepted story go to the Garden of Eden story to explain the foundation of their “truth,” a closer look from a higher level of consciousness is necessary to understand the serious and long-term implications.
A major misinterpretation of the story is based on a conviction that “God” in the story is a literal being who walked around in the Garden of Eden and lied to Adam and Eve. Two special trees grew in the Garden of Eden: The Tree of Life representing oneness with God, and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil representing separation through judgments and duality. Good and evil cannot exist without judgments.
Genesis 2: 16-17 states, “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” (All scripture quotes are from the King James version of the Bible)
God commanded Adam and Eve not to eat the apple because it was from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and God said, “In the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die” (Genesis 2: 17). But the Luciferians claim that God lied and the snake was actually Lucifer who was telling the truth but this is a lie about the story. The truth is that as long as Adam and Eve lived in unity consciousness (what we would call enlightenment) with God, there was harmony. The Garden of Eden means living at one with God, which is only love and light. Excluded are all moralistic judgments.
Good and evil are terms that originated with separation from God. When in unity consciousness, you live in love and light automatically, which is the foundation and fullness of your experience. In fact, love and light are the core nature of your soul.
The moment Adam and Eve wondered what there was to explore, learn, and experience in separation, symbolized by taking a bite of the apple, the unitive state vanished and separation, judgments, and isolation began. Their decision to choose eating the apple in this metaphor cut them off from oneness with God. Consequently, they expelled themselves from the state of unity, and darkness entered. With this understanding, it becomes obvious what the serpent was doing.
Genesis 3:1 provides insight into the serpent: “Now the serpent [reptile] was more subtle than any beast of the field, which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? The woman already beguiled answers, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden, but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die” (Genesis 3:2-3).
This is where people go “off the rail” and are enticed into exploring separation through a lie that they would become immortal and be like God. The truth is that they are already immortal and one with God through the consciousness that their soul already experiences.
Deception gets even worse when the serpent tells Eve, “Ye shall not surely die. For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:4-5).
This may sound enticing but the only way to know good and evil is through making judgments, which are essentially intellectualizations of opinions and beliefs. And Eve fell for the lie as Genesis 3:6 makes clear: “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
The idea of living separate was presented as enticing, sensual, and adventuresome. When both had eaten the apple their eyes “were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons” (Gen 3:7).
Morality Enters through Judgments of What is Right and Wrong
In unity, there are no judgments and labels, but only love and light which automatically results in natural expressions of kindness, generosity, service to others, and all goodness. In an enlightened consciousness, all your perspectives and motivations automatically emanate from love.
Adam and Eve couldn’t return to the Garden of Eden because the separation kept them from finding their way back. They found themselves in the ego-isolation of separation. This is what happened to humanity as a whole when it disconnected from spiritual truth and began living from ego fear and separation.
Once the separation starts, only then do people realize something horrible has happened. A force pulls them into an enveloping fear-based shell of limited identities suspended in a state separate from light, love, and God. This results in everything that could be imagined as hell.
The Birth of Ego & Karma
The ego-mind concludes it made a big mistake and is therefore bad and must compensate for being bad by experiencing pain and suffering. The ego is born and it formulates a belief that pain and suffering somehow pay for being wrong. Thus, karma enters the equation. In fact, the ego-based identity believes it is inherently defective (original sin), and must keep suffering because of its sin.
First, sin is a definition created by an ego-dominated mind that believes it is flawed. The ego has concluded something is inherently wrong with it. It believes it must be bad or it wouldn’t suffer so much. The ego-driven mind further concludes either it must have done something horrible, or it is a sinful and wicked being. As a result God has rejected it because of some imagined or unknown evil or act.
The ego believes it caused God to reject it and therefore the person becomes banished and cut off from God’s presence. As a result the ego feels abandoned by God and believes it exists in a universe of darkness and pain. It goes through lifetime after lifetime trying to perfect itself to be accepted by God, but it never arrives at the perfection it believes is required. It further believes that if it suffers more pain, loss, and struggle, it will be paying for its defects and sins.
Why Humans Suffer
Separation also accounts for the idea of animal and human sacrifice as appeasements and payments for imagined sins. A form of this belief has infiltrated some religions. From that point on, the ego becomes the dominant force directing the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings of most people until they free themselves and become enlightened, thus awakening to their natural state. This is truth beneath the ego shell of fear.
When people find themselves feeling abandonment, rejection, separation, and futility they are nearly incapable of freeing themselves from it. The deep agony of abandonment develops from separation. Most people have it deeply in their subconscious causing them to ask, “How do I find my way back? I don’t even know which direction to go or how to get there.”
Unfortunately, answers are elusive. Typically they don’t find anyone to turn to who has real answers. The individual’s ego-limited mind is not able to determine a direction to go to escape the traps of separation, isolation, and abandonment, so a person feels lost, helpless, and hopeless.
All suffering emerges out of this experience. Every negative thought and feeling a human being has ever had originated from the perception of a separate existence.
The religions of this world don’t help much either, as they typically only confuse people further and trap them in ideologies and doctrines. The entire human experience originates from this place of disconnection.
The Divine Irony
The divine irony is that God is everywhere, yet the ego banishes itself into a voluntary isolation that is purely a prison of its own making. It is like closing one’s eyes and saying it is dark everywhere. All that is necessary is to open the eyes to see the light, but in the place of deep separation, people don’t know how to open their eyes, and often when they begin trying to do so their fears pull them back into the ignorance of their fear-based ego programming. At such times calling to the soul, which is love and light, is the answer. It facilitates returning to a state prior to separation and acquiring the ego. The soul merge can help you return.
In its simplest explanation the soul-merge process is merging the True Self, Higher Self, or soul into every aspect of who you think you are. The merging process actually causes the Soul to replace the illusions held in the ego-mind and consciousness. It is a transformational process that eventually leads to people becoming a full expression of their Soul rather than all the separate components of their ego-based personality. The soul merge process eventually replaces all the ego-based personality traits with the essential purity, integrity, and goodness of the Soul. When that happens a person becomes fully enlightened.
Since the Soul is primarily composed of deep love and radiant light, it manifests as every wonderful quality and aspiration of the human spirit. Merging with the soul is the key to attaining enlightenment and achieving the ascension of your consciousness to the highest levels.
I have a special combination program titled The Soul Discovery Series that includes meditations and soul merge techniques. You’ll find full detailed information on this program here: Soul Discovies
