If one of the mp3 files you have downloaded ends abruptly or doesn’t appear to run the appropriate length, the file may have downloaded incompletely. This can happen if your internet connection was lost during the download process, or you have a very slow internet connection. You can test your internet connection at this link: http://www.speedtest.net/. If your download speed is less than 5 mb per second that may be your problem.
All of our programs are in large zip files that are several hundred megabytes in size. It is recommended that you attempt to re-download the same file again. If that is unsuccessful a program to accelerate your file downloads is recommended. Please see below.
